All paintings are shipped worldwide for free.

All paintings are custom-made. This means our average processing time is between 20 and 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the painting. This time represents the painting and drying process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Framed paintings are shipped via DHL Express; rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx and UPS.

USA, California: 1–3 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 2–4 business days

European Union: 1–3 business days

Rest of the world: 2–5 business days

All paintings are shipped after the painting, framing, and quality inspection are completed. These processes may take up to 30 business days. All artworks are covered by 100% free insurance.

Production & Dispatch Time

Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. If there are any errors or missing details, we will need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause a delay in your order's arrival. Customs clearance may also cause delays.

Local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery date.

Your order may be delivered by a local post office or courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered through the local postal service, so the package will arrive with regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card informing you of how and where to collect your parcel.

Duties & Taxes

According to our store policy, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. However, this does not apply to customers in the United Kingdom, as all duties and VAT are included in the purchase price.
